How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select the quantity you need, and add items to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to secure checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Do you offer trade pricing or bulk discounts?

Yes! If you're a professional or business placing bulk orders, contact us directly for trade pricing and freight shipping options.

Are your fabrics sold by the yard or by the roll?

Most of our fabrics are sold by the yard unless otherwise specified. Bulk roll pricing may be available on request.

Do you carry fire-retardant or marine-grade materials?

Yes — we offer a range of FR-certified, UV-resistant, and marine-grade vinyls, canvases, and fabrics. Check the product specs or contact us for help.

Can I request a sample before placing a large order?

Absolutely. Contact our team to request material swatches or samples before committing to a full order.

Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada. For international or freight orders, please contact us for a custom quote.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
